Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
Customers are entitled to request a return within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item. To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is mandatory.

5. Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their orders upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was received. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as customized or personalized goods, are ineligible for return. Additionally, returns are not accepted for final sale items or gift cards.
7. Exchanges
To expedite an exchange, customers should return the unwanted item and, upon acceptance of the return, proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason. The item must remain in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
9. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
