At Roses Muse, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, our 30-day return policy makes it simple to make it right.
Eligibility
- You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or customized items are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.
How to Return
- Email us at contact@rosesmuse.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and, once approved, provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Return Shipping
- Once your return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
