Warranty Policy
Roses Muse is committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry that you can enjoy for a lifetime. We stand behind our products and offer a five (5) years warranty.
If you experience any issues with your Roses Muse jewelry, we will repair or replace it free of charge, as long as the following conditions are met:
- You are the original purchaser of the jewelry or have received it as a gift from the original purchaser.
- You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt.
- You have followed the jewelry care instructions on our website, https://rosesmuse.com/pages/care-instructions.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care, such as breaking, scratching, bending, or losing stones. This warranty also does not cover any alterations or modifications made to the jewelry by anyone other than Roses Muse or an authorized service provider.
To request a warranty service, please contact us at contact@rosesmuse.com with your name, order number, and a description of the problem. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your jewelry for inspection and repair or replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties.
